Basically they were giving out this OVA in japan when you ordered a tshirt for a limited time.

It's a short animation made by the Shippuden people and it portrays naruto and sasuke fighting In the future.
Madara and Kabuto with there new looks are in here as well briefly.

Keep in mind this is just an OVA. Its not canon. The Japanese clothing company "Uniqlo" is trying to promote both Naruto Shippuden and their Naruto clothing line. However, the OVA does look very interesting :3 And no, its not a trailer.
