Notes on Custom Classes section & how to apply for a DM appli - class

None of these classes are new or altered from before. This section has been updated so that every available prestige class (and a few of Kaedrin's base classes) are hopefully more easy to reference

Some classes need a DM application. the format is set out here /t2012-class-rules
